The heat plays the devil, the asphalt exhales and we can’t cope with searching for the shadow. That time we are not intrested in fashion, prestige, design, we only need a glass of chilly refreshment. The Gyulai Pálinka Manufacture not only eases our life with a recipe of a coolishly narcotic longdrink, but helps the streets‘ heroic wanderers in surviving with the sight of a sparkling drink.

 

 

 

The Gyulai Summer blended pálinka, which gives the base of the recipe is carefully composed of apricot, williams pear, and jonathan apple pálinka. The cooking master created it so, that the optimal features of the single drinks can raise into a higher harmony and become revolved into the jointly developing overtones.

 

Of course, the long drink based on pálinka is not a new invention. The Gyulai Pálinka Manufacture nevertheless gives more. Their drink is a varitable fruit-basket in an ice-cold glass: we can enjoy the mixture containing alltogether four kind of fruit and a flower, zinged up with a drop of honey.

The Gyulai Pálinka Manufacture has always been our fountain of pride, since the new packages made a hit among the consumers and the professionals as well. Now, we can report a real run of luck from their life. The manufacture, which is exclusively preparing drinks of premium quality, has won 37 medals around the world, at the beginning of April. Among these awards several give evidence that their products are world leaders! In the same season, they opened their „tasting-house“ in Gyula. The project has been realised patly from non-refundable EU subvention and partly from their own financial resources. The tasting house is a part of the „pálinka-route“ created by the area, which is out not only to popularize the drink pálinka but to show the gastronomy and the culture of the region.

Pálinka for every season

 

There are 5 new members to the already familiar line of Gyulai Pálinka. They are blended spirits made of a variety of the finest fruits tuned to the four seasons. In addition beside the four seasons there is an extra member to complete the line called Black and Red combining the flavors of black berry and sour cherry.

Gyulai Pálinka

The original 'pálinka' is a distilled spirit made of fermented fruits. Only those products can be referred to the 'pálinka' which are made from Hungarian fruits, have 100% fruit content and got 37,5% of alcohol strength as a minimum.

The first distillery in Gyula was founded by János György Harruckern in 1731. This nearly 300 year-tradition is carrying on by Gyulai Pálinka Manufacture (in these days).

The task was to create a new packaging design which focuses to the mature young generation. The key motive of the new design is the Hungarian hound, which is fidelity, nobility and got all the traditional values.
